Dear GEO Backers,
We would like to thank all our backers for your continuous support to our team ☺
This is going to be a short update on the shipping update. As mentioned, all GEO have been shipped to all backers all across the globe, and we are still shipping GEO to new backers within a couple of weeks.
As for some backers, we’ve received many returns to our warehouse due to reasons of not being home or not replying to the note from either DHL or UPS in regard to your GEO shipment. This non-response will trigger DHL or UPS to ship back the merchandise to our warehouse. These are standard procedures if the package is held by the respective forwarding company for too long at their respective warehouses.
We have reached out to each of the backers that have their package sent back to our warehouse in China, but have not heard back from you guys. Our team is here to help and provide the best customer support that we can. Please reach out to our team so we can put our full attention to each backer to make sure you receive your GEO.
For our new GEO backers we ask for your patience as we have to wait for the Indiegogo security protocol to be completed before your information is released. But rest assured we will always do our best to ship out your GEO order ASAP.

Greeting to all our backers!!
As summer is here and the weather is heating up, we hope all of you stay cool and stay safe.
We are now back with our monthly update. All GEO have been 100% shipped to all backers all across the globe, and we are still shipping GEO to new backers.
We would like to bring the attention to a number of our European backers that their GEO has been shipped, but for various reasons from not being home or you did not reply to the note from either DHL or UPS in regard to your GEO shipment. This non-response has caused DHL or UPS to ship back the merchandise to our warehouse. These are standard procedures if the package is held by the respective forwarding company for an “X” amount of time at their respective offices/warehouses.
We have reached out to each of the European backers that have their project sent back to our warehouse in China regarding the event but have not heard back from you guys. Please do not forget to check your SPAM folders where our email might have ended up. Our team is here to help and provide the best customer support that we can. Please reach out to our team so we can put our full attention to each backer to make sure you may receive and experience the difference of the healing power of GEO.

We continue to extend our gratitude to all our backers both old and new for making this journey possible.
Even with the crazy setbacks that we have encountered we are very ecstatic to this present day that we are still going strong and we are pushing the boundaries one way or another to help make everyone’s lives much better and pain free.
All GEO have been shipped to all backers all across the globe, and we are continuously shipping GEO to new backers who placed orders with us through Indiegogo. We are not stopping here, but we would like to continue pushing the boundaries to find ways to make things better for everyone.

We have also received a number of backers asking for help on how to turn on your GEO. So we figure to include clear instructions below for you:
Step 1: Press the ON button and HOLD the button for 2-3 seconds until you see the Blue Light. If you see the RED light, it’s an indicator that GEO has power
Step 2: To adjust the temperature, press the button and if you see 3 BLUE lights (HIGH), 2 Blue lights (MEDIUM), 1 Blue light (LOW)
Lastly, for the new backers that ordered their GEO, we ask for your patience as we have to wait and go through the Indiegogo security protocol to wait for your information to be released, and we will ship out your GEO order ASAP.

Greeting to all our backers!!
Our team would like to continually thank all of our backers for supporting us and for your patience ☺
We would like to happily announce that all GEO have been shipped to all backers all across the globe!!
We have experienced the worst and crazy part of the pandemic, and we are currently experiencing another tragedy between Ukraine and Russia. These factors may not affect us directly, but it does affect the whole world by slowing down our supply chain along with sky rocketing cost.
Now we have a GOOD NEWS! We have 100% delivered all GEO to all of our backers, but due to lack of raw material a few of the backers who ordered the Small Size GEO adhesive might not be included in their shipment. We ask for your patience and hang in there as our manufacturing and fulfillment are on their toes ready to produce and delivery the missing Small Size GEO Adhesive as the back-order supply comes in.
With that said, for the new backers that recently ordered their GEO we will do our best to go through the Indiegogo protocol and wait for information to be released and we will ship out your GEO order ASAP.

Please note if you have NOT received your GEO, the chance is you have NOT completed the Backerkit Survey which is the reason why we CANNOT fulfill your order. Greeting to all our backers!!
We would like to start off and express our appreciation and thank all our backers for your patience and undying support ☺
We have been through many bumps and tough times presented by the pandemic, and now we are feeling the effect of the tough times with the current situation between Ukraine and Russia. But through all these challenges we are still here, and as we bring everyone a bit of bright light.
Currently, we expect that majority of our backers received their GEO, but with the challenge of balancing the rising cost of logistics and shipping, we learned and anticipated the possible worst scenario. We would like to announce we are now setting our new shipping logistics that will make the shipment of your GEO much faster from our US facility. We hear your comments and suggestions, and we would like to let everyone know even though it's been tough we are here to improve our product and services for you.
With that said, for the backers that have not received their GEO we would like to assure you your GEO are all on its way to your door steps and our plan is to complete all GEO delivery by the end of this March and early April. For those of you who just placed an order, please contact us so we can have you on our list and ship your rewards out.
