Hi GEO Backers,

We hope everyone is doing well and healthy 

First, we apologize for the delay on our team. We would like to update everyone with the progress of manufacturing and delivery.

1. Our high-quality reusable medical grade adhesive and our GEO packaging is 100% completed. All were checked by our QC team and they are good to go.

2. The progress of your GEO pads. Like mentioned in the last update, it is critical for our team to make sure there are no issue with the graphene pad samples before going into full mass production. However, when production was completed and tested by our QC team, we discovered that the test production did not meet the desirable target temperature. We’ve looked into the issue and it looks like the added features and upgrade to the GEO may have probably been the culprit that caused the drop on the desired target range of temperature. Because GEO’s customized graphene pad requires precision in every aspect in production, our top priority is to make sure GEO works as intended with its full functionality once it’s in your hand. Thus, after encountering this issue, we moved ahead aggressively and made the correction and adjustments as needed and we are expecting to have the new adjustments done in the next couple of weeks.

We understand this process may delay the start of delivery for a couple of weeks and we really apologize for this delay. We are expecting our new QC check this week through next week so we may start the delivery process as soon as possible. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the GEO must pass our highest quality of standard of inspection from functionality, looks, feel and effectiveness. We hope you could understand our position.

Third, we are continually locking in the orders with our Backerkit survey.  If you did not receive a survey from us, please kindly check your Inbox, Spam, or Promotional folders or contact our team so we can assist you. Please complete your survey as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Lastly, just a quick reminder, if you purchased GEO Adhesives as Add-on item and have not chosen the size of your GEO Adhesives (it comes only either Large or Small size), please revisit your survey and complete this question. We will continually send out reminder email to backers who have not completed this question, so please check your inbox or you can reach out to our team for confirmation. If you have completed your survey and have received another Backerkit survey we apologize deeply for this issue as we have no control over the Backetkit system

Hi GEO Backers,

We hope you are doing well, and we are back with new updates for everyone!

First of all, we are extremely happy to announce the current progress of our production:

1. Our high-quality reusable medical grade adhesive is at 80% completion.

2. Our GEO packaging is at 90% completion.

3. Steps in manufacturing can be very tricky. During the process of manufacturing, creating the final samples is a very critical step where we can make alteration to design including any changes and improvements on parts and materials. With that said, we have upgraded our controllers’ internal parts along with a more durable cable to improve the durability of your GEO. We have also entered the final stage where we are at full speed ahead with production. Each GEO pad will require some precision of hand assembly in the final steps where we can ensure the highest quality to pass our standard of inspection. Functionality of GEO is our highest goal to deliver the effective pan relief you need, but we also put equal importance to make sure your GEO looks and feel exceptional. Our team’s goal has always been to deliver to you an exceptional experience in both pain relief and design.

We apologize for the small delay as we’ve encountered some tricky faults between the production process, but our team has been fortunate to solve these logistics issues and move forward with the production. We thank you again for your support and patience.  We've requested to take a few photos of our production and once we get those photos from our manufacturing, we will make sure to share with everyone in the next week or so.  In terms of the delivery timeline, we've set up all of our logistics and we are now expecting production will be done in the next 2-3 weeks, we will make sure to update all backers on the delivery with instructions.

Second, in regard to the Backerkit survey, we’ve started to lock in orders and once we start delivery in the next few weeks, we will start locking in the address. With that said, if you have not completed your survey, please do so to avoid delays. Hey GEO Backers,

We are back with good news! :)

We understand--Pain is a B*tch!! Even though we may be at home, we are never safe from possible injuries related from extracurricular activities to work. That’s why since the end of our Kickstarter campaign, our team have fully directed our attention towards the production of GEO so we may deliver to all our backers as early as possible.

GEO is not our first rodeo and we are aware of the steps we need to execute to assure each GEO is made to its highest quality during production, packing and shipping to give everyone the best experience.

With that said, here are some updates:

  • Mass production can be a big hurdle because this involves organizing logistics of manpower and machine to assure efficient production that will pass our quality control specification. Since December we have gone through the last phase on testing and development to check for kinks and possible small issues. We are now into main production for the GEO and we are expecting to complete production for GEO by end of February 2021.
  • Survey was sent out about 2 weeks ago and we still have about 60 people who still did not complete their surveys. We will be locking the survey and orders in the next 2 weeks, so if you did not fill out your survey or miss filling out your address, please do so. If you can’t find your survey link, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us [email protected]

Finally, even though we all have experienced some tough times during this pandemic, we are thankful to everyone for helping our team bring GEO to a reality. We hope we can give everyone the pain relief needed in our never-ending fight against pain during this Pandemic and beyond for a better quality of life.

Hello everyone, 

We hope you had a great week so far! 

This will be a short update and a quick reminder about the Backerkit Survey.

  • We sent out Backerkit Survey last week. Please check your inbox or spam folder to find the survey from Backerkit. If you still can't find the survey, please reach out to us so we can send you your survey.
  • We will start locking in your orders and charge your card (for add-ons) by the end of January. We highly suggest you re-visit your survey and if you have any add-on items, please make sure you input your card information on Backerkit to avoid any delays. Also, if you have not filled in your address, please make sure to put your full address with your phone number so once we start the delivery, there will be no delays on our end. 
  • We are now in the first stage of manufacturing. We are very happy to have your support and we will definitely keep everyone updated and we will post more photos to share with all the backers in the manufacturing process.
