Hello GEO Backers,
A Happy Lunar New Year to everyone !
It seems like the eating have not stopped and another button from our pants just came loose J
Rain or shine we are continually hard at work with our drawing board, and continually shipping out all your GEO. It’s been a challenging battle working through the Pandemic, but our team has come through and we expect by now most of our backers have received their GEO. Your support has continually empowered us to push harder to make sure we give you the quality product and service.
But for the few that have not received their GEO we ask for your patience as your GEO are all in the que and on its way. The Lunar New Year tends to slow down things a bit as many companies are on their break, and personnel are taking the break with their respective families. Please hang in there and full operation will be back by next week, and we assure you your GEO are all on its way to your door steps.

As we are a few days to closing another year, thank you so much to your tremendous support and great feedback. That has been the source of our strength that push our team to exceed our capacity to come through for everyone.
Looking back the year of 2021, it has been a great year of challenge for our team in balancing the budget with fulfillment logistics. We have done our best to continually and successfully delivered the great technology of Graphene with the GEO even with the rising in fulfillment cost and delivery. We’ve had delays but we are very happy that we are now continuously shipping GEO to all of backers.
For some backers who have not received your GEO, please hang in there. Holiday seasons tend to have huge spikes in the demand for delivery where delivery time may vary for each region around the world so kindly hang in there and we assure you your GEO are all on its way to your door steps.

Greeting to all our GEO backers,
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their loved ones.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with a higher than expected success rate with GEO. We are extremely pleased as we have more emails coming in sharing their positive experiences with GEO. But we also have a few backers that encountered small issues, please hang in there and we will make sure to help solve your issues. If you have issues with GEO, we sincerely apologize for this. We will work to the best of our ability to assist you with the problem.
If you are in Asia, Australia and Europe, your GEO should be shipped out and delivered by now. If you have not received anything, please let us know asap so we can track the status of your shipment on our end. For US shipments, we already shipped out 2 batches and we are still continuously shipping out. The reason why we are shipping US shipments in batches because we experienced lost packages before, so we want to make sure each package is delivered properly to your door. We ask for your patience as this is a peak season due to the holiday season but we assure your GEO will get to you as promised.
Lastly, as more major holidays are upon us in the last month of the year. Everyone is expected to be rushing and putting the extra time to finish up with work deadlines. We are exposed to experiencing some stress, aches, and pains. We buy all sorts of gifts from the latest TVs, video games, and phone accessories over the Black Fridays to Cyber Mondays. But why not this year include in the list a pain-relieving gift of GEO to help your loved ones feel better and ready for the holidays.
With the great response we have received with GEO, we would like to do our part for this holiday to help with the aches and pain and offer a one-time holiday special for GEO. We will have a special HOLIDAY SALE to thank everyone for their support and offer a great gift for you and your loved ones.
Please share the GEO with your family and friends and check back with us for our coming HOLIDAY SALE to grab your GEO for you or your loved ones. No matter the reasons from aches and pains from work, sports, or just unexpected encounter with bad luck, GEO got your back.

Greeting to all our fellow backers,
WE ARE FINALLY HERE, and GEO pads are starting to ship out!!
The whole GEO team would like to thank everyone again for your undying support. The day we all have been waiting for is here, but we still would like to give everyone some reminder as shipments are about to go out to everyone. Again, we apologize for all the delays and we are forever grateful for your support!
As of today, we've tested shipping out many orders and are continuing sending out GEO by batches. We've started sending out to different regions and packages are carefully monitored to make sure each GEO reaches every destination. Certain regions may take longer than anticipated due to various factors, but most likely the biggest cause is the big influx of air shipment cargo due to the rise in prices of sea cargo shipment. But based on the ETA from our fulfillment center, it will take up to 2 weeks for the packages to arrive depending on your location.
You will be receiving a notification from us updating everyone on the status of your shipment. Many of the orders have already shipped out and we are currently working on the shipping confirmation emails. Please give us a few days to work on it so you can all track your shipments. We will be sending out all shipments by batches which will help keep on track of each package to help minimize the possible losses in shipments.

Hi GEO Backers,
GREAT NEWS TO ALL OUR BACKERS!!
After encountering various unexpected obstacles on the road along with the agony of anticipation to get your GEO in your hand as soon as possible, we are super excited to announce we have finally finished our QC and packing stage. As we speak, all GEO are now being prepared to make its way to our fulfillment center to prepare for the final delivery of your GEO to your doorsteps.
We thank you for your undying support that gave our team the added motivation to push harder to reach our goal. We tried our best to get the GEO to you much sooner as the global pandemic has affected us in various ways resulting in these delays. GEO will be delivered by batches so once we are done setting up on our logistic side in the next week, we will start notifying all backers the estimated delivery of GEO. The first batch is now estimated to deliver in the next couple weeks so please bear with us just a little more. We really appreciate your patience, and we can’t thank you guys enough for bearing with all the delays.
Finally, if you pre-ordered the additional adhesives or GEO pads, you might have noticed that we placed a charge on your card and your Backerkit survey is now locked. If you would like to add additional items in your order or edit your address, please reach out to us immediately before we start sending out your order. It’s very critical that we receive your request before delivery so you will not expect any other delays.
