Hi GEO Backers,

Greetings to all our backers!

We would like to extend our apology again for all the countless delays during these hard-pandemic times. After experiencing unexpected bumps and bruises, we have finally finished the manufacturing process of all GEO. Our manufacturing has successfully finished and tested every GEO, and we are finally ready to transition into our packaging and final QC during these next couple of weeks.

We will update everyone next couple of weeks on the progress of our transition into the packaging and final QC stage and prepare for our fulfillment to get all GEO to your doorsteps. This phase will be moving fast so we are on a timeline to start the shipment by the end of September.

We would also like to remind everyone please take the time to check your surveys if any information is needed to be updated. As mentioned, to all our backers that needed to add extra adhesives, please feel free to revisit your Backerkit survey to make the necessary additions. As you can see, we've started to lock in all the address so if you move in the next few weeks, please let us know because we will start our fulfillment phase very soon.

Hi GEO Backers,

First, we would like to apologize everyone for all these unexpected delays with the given timeline. Since the start of GEO’s production, we’ve encountered many delays on our supplies and production errors, but we have managed to power through, and we are happy to deliver great news for everyone that we are now almost at the final stage of the production.

The last week, we performed the last test for GEO before the end of the production. The reason for this test is to make sure everything is working properly. During the test, we notice that we had to make a quick change to a more compatible temperature controller to provide better consistency in both regulating temperature with better power conservation. This test cannot be done during the middle stage, but only in the last stage when the product is fully assembled. We apologize for this delayed timeline as GEO needs to be tested in every stage of production to make sure GEO works at its optimum level before it’s delivered to you.

As we are close to finishing our production, we will update everyone within the following couple of weeks with the status of our manufacturing so we may prepare for fulfillment. Please take the time to check your surveys if any information is needed to be updated.

Lastly, raw material has been a bit challenging to order as we experienced delayed deliveries during these COVID times. Since we are now at the end of production, backers that have not added any extra adhesives and you think you need to add them in your package, please feel free to revisit your Backerkit survey and make the necessary additions. We have not made any charges to your add-ons at this point, but we do encourage to get your extra adhesive as we are also anticipating possible delays on our 2nd production of our adhesives if COVID situation stays at large

We apologize again for the delays and we will continually update everyone on the status of our production as we come closer to delivering all the GEO to our backers.

Hi GEO Backers,

We hope you all had a good week so far!

First of all, we apologize for the delay in the update on production. In this update, our team would like to share with everyone the work being accomplished currently in our production. Due to the COVID situation in Asia, we experienced some small unexpected delays with our raw materials, but we are happy that we are continually active and pushing forward with our production.  As COVID has gotten better in the US, the current situation in other parts of the world has taken a harder hit which is the main factor of this delay.

We understand many backers are excited to receive GEO and we are also super excited to complete the production so we can start on delivery. The GEO may look aesthetically simple, but every major parts of GEO have to be special ordered before the main assembly can be executed. Even the thickness of our fabric to the formula used for adhesive the GEO design is very unique within every small detail on our patented design. With that said, the GEO final production stage is required to be hand assembled for proper precision, which takes GEO a bit longer to perfect as required by our standards. With that said, we are in constant communication with our factory, and it looks like the production will be done in 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, we had our factory personnel to capture a short video of one of the parts being manufactured for GEO so we can share with everyone

Second, we would like to go over a few things in regard to the survey:

1. If you have not completed the survey, please do so. If you can’t find your survey, please reach out to our team.
2. Due to a small error in our survey, we’ve reached out to backers who did not complete their surveys. So, if you could double check your survey, we really appreciate your cooperation to avoid delays during delivery.
3. We will start charging your cards for additional orders in Backerkit and we will start locking all the delivery address. If you are moving in the next 2-3 weeks, we really appreciate if you can please update your new address as soon as possible

Lastly, we really apologize again for the delays. This production has encountered many delays and we are happy that we are at the final stage. Within the next couple of weeks, we will continually update everyone on the status of our production as we come closer to delivering all the GEO to our backers.

Hi GEO Backers,

We hope you had a good weekend!

First of all, we would like to send our deep apology for the delay of production and delivery. The production is taking a lot longer than expected and at the same time, we are trying to get things done properly, instead of rushing the production and get GEO out without any approval process. Today’s update will be short so we can keep everyone posted on the production situation.

If you read the last update, the final batch of test samples was approved and went into final production. We are very happy with the progress so far, but we are a bit disappointed that it took longer than anticipated because GEO’s production is the first of its kind that our manufacturing partner have to go through extra steps with sampling and testing. Our estimated production was first estimated at 2 months, but because we encountered a few errors, the production is stretching longer than we planned. Since GEO is thin and very sensitive, we took extra steps to make sure it passes the test and these extra processes are necessary to assure the GEO is made properly without any glitches or other problems. We understand that many backers are excited to receive their GEOs, but our team just need to be critical to assure the quality of workmanship is above our standards. This in turn will help our QC team detect and minimize any possible manufacturing defects and therefore will save time from any other delays.

We sincerely apologize as we did not expect this extended delay. We hope everyone would understand this process is very critical to make sure all GEO will work to its optimum expectation in its highest quality and safety standards. We are estimating we will finish all manufacturing and quality control of GEO by the next 3 weeks and we will make sure to update everyone ASAP as we approach the packing and shipment of all GEO to everyone.

Hi GEO Backers,

Thank you so much for your patience and support to our team. We apologize for the delay of production and delivery. We are happy to be back with good update for all backers.

First, to follow up with the previous update:

1. As mentioned in the last update, our medical adhesive and packaging is completed and passed our QC check.

2. We are excited and extremely happy to announce that the current test samples have passed our test. We’ve added a couple of upgrades and have gone above and beyond our standards to make GEO much more durable and safer. According to our manufacturing, as our mold and specification are finalized production should not take long so we may start shipping out your GEO ASAP.

We understand some backers are eager to receive their GEO, but we hope you would understand it is very important to execute the proper procedure to deliver to you a quality superior product than rush and cut corners where this might result in complete disappointment. With that said, safety is one of our top priority, and we have to make sure GEO is tested and working properly especially with our added upgrades. Our team is working hard to deliver GEO the right way to make sure you will love it!

We are practically at the finish line, and we are ecstatic to show you the first glimpse of the boxing of your GEO to give you an idea of what to expect when you receive your GEO.
